Many arms in the Graaff-Reinet and Nieu Bethesda area have collections of ancient fossils found in the veld. Take a day trip to Wellwood Farm and Ganora Guest Farm to view displays of amazing fossils found over 20 years. A guided fossil trail to the riverbed where fossil evidence for the story being told in the Kitching Fossil Exploration Centre is found. Fossils are protected and may not be collected/traded.
